A Genealogy of Composers

A concert tracing the line of composers teaching students who themselves become composers, in an unbroken line beginning with Italian baroque composer Giacomo Carissimi and ending with Aaron Copland.  Along the way, music by such composers as Cherubini, Saint-Saëns and Fauré will be included.
